It all began with a wife and a husband. The husband loves spicy food, so the wife starting making her own just for him.
My name is Kim. Jim is my nickname. Has been since high school, the joys of having 2 brothers really 😅 I started making hot sauce for my husband years and years ago, eventually everyone I knew had tried some and wanted me to make more. That's how it started.
It was a simple idea fueled by a deep passion for homegrown chillies. I started experimenting with different varieties in the backyard in Hamilton, New Zealand, and soon realised something special. Jim's Hot Stuff was born from this passion: a 100% organic chili sauce made from only the finest ingredients.
Im just a minnow in a rather large sea, just doing a little bit extra for me and my family. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do reflects my commitment to excellence. I believe in delivering a taste of the best chillies to your table, all while staying true to my organic and sustainable principles. I do not use preservatives in any of my sauces, so once opened consume quickly, but I promise you won't to waste it anyway.
